What kind of thread do you use?
I use the popular exclusively high quality thread “Linhasita” for my jewelry. The 1 mm thick macrame thread is covered with vegan polyester wax. Sometimes I also use waxed hemp thread.
Why do I use waxed thread?
Waxed thread has the advantage that it retains its length, shape and will remain waterproof for years even when worn continuously. It's tear‑resistant and waterproof. This durability makes my jewelry a sustainable product.
What kind of pendants and beads do you use?
The pendants and beads I use are made from pure brass.
This has the advantage that they don’t rust. In addition, it doesn’t contain nickel.
The colourful beads I use are made from glas.
Do the pendants keep their colour?
When you wear my jewelry frequently it can become dull after time, especially after frequent exposure to water.
This is a natural process for brass. But you can easily get brass shiny again.
How can I clean the beads and pendants?
To bring back their original shine I recommend brushing it with soap or toothpaste and then rinse with water. An old toothbrush is ideal for this.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes, all my jewelry is waterproof and will maintain it's colour over years expite frequent exposure to water.
The brass jewelry and beads may become dull after time but will regain their previous shine if you treat it as described in the above text.
The silver plated brass jewelry can lose it's colour and becomes gold over time.
Do you do customised orders?
I really enjoy doing customised orders but unfortunately don't always have the time. If I'm open for them I'll let you know on my instagram account (@zoessoulcrafts).
When do you restock?
I don't have specific dates but I do my best to keep my online shop well stocked. This can, at times, be a challenge. I do restock at regular intervals and I share any information on my shop refills on instagram (@zoessoulcrafts).
Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide.
How does the loyality programm work?
With the loyalty programme you can turn points into a 10% shop discount. Before being elegible for the loyality programme you will need to sign up as a member. Once you're a member you will reiceive 1 point for every euro spend at zoessoulcrafts. As soon as you reached 100 points you'll be able to enjoy the 10% discount on the next order in the online shop.

What's your refund policy?
If you revoke this contract, I have to repay all payments that I have received from you, excluding the delivery costs (with , immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment I use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
I can refuse repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Anja Schwedt, Klostergasse 13, 74369 Löchgau-Germany immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform me of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
