What kind of thread do you use?
I use the popular and exclusively high-quality “Linhasita” thread for my jewelry. The 1mm thick macramé thread is coated with vegan polyester wax. Occasionally, I also use waxed hemp thread.
Why do you use waxed thread?
Waxed thread has the advantage that it maintains its length and shape. It’s waterproof and tear-resistant, even with continuous wear. This durability makes my jewelry a sustainable choice.
What kind of pendants and beads do you use?
I use pendants and beads made from pure brass. This ensures they won’t rust and they are nickel-free.
The colorful beads are made of glass.
Do the pendants keep their colour?
With frequent wear, especially after exposure to water, brass can lose some of its shine over time. This is a natural process, but you can easily bring the brass back to its shiny state.
How can I clean the beads and pendants?
To restore their original shine, I recommend brushing them gently with soap or toothpaste, then rinsing with water. An old toothbrush works great for this.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes, all of my jewelry is waterproof and will retain its color even with frequent exposure to water. However, brass jewelry and beads may lose some shine over time, but they can be easily polished back to their original state. Silver-plated brass jewelry may lose its color and turn gold over time.
Do you do customised orders?
I love working on customized orders! However, I don't always have the time to take them on. If I’m open for custom orders, I’ll let you know via my Instagram account (@zoessoulcrafts).
When do you restock?
I don’t have specific restock dates, but I do my best to keep my online shop well-stocked. Restocking happens at regular intervals, and I share updates on Instagram (@zoessoulcrafts).

I ship worldwide. :)
How does the loyality programm work?
With the loyalty program, you can convert points into a 10% discount for your next order. To join, sign up as a member. Once you’re a member, you’ll earn 1 point for every euro spent at soulcrafts. Once you’ve reached 100 points, you’ll get a 10% discount on your next purchase.

How long does the shipping take and how much does it costs?
I am shipping all orders from Germany.

What's your refund policy?
You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
If you cancel the contract, I’ll refund all payments I’ve received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. I’ll use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon. No fees will be charged for the refund.
I can withhold the refund until I’ve received the returned goods or proof that the goods were sent back, whichever happens first.
